Notice of hearing
The Court of Appeal upheld the appeal of the Nursing and Midwifery Council where there had been compliance with the rules regarding the service of notice of hearing of a complaint against a nurse, notwithstanding that it had been open to the Council to take other steps to give notification of the proceedings.Jatta v Nursing & Midwifery Council [2009] EWCA Civ 824.
